Aerial footage released by police in San Angelo, Texas, shows the extent of the deadly flooding that struck the city and other parts of the state. The drone footage, captured between July 4 and July 8, shows authorities rescuing people trapped inside of attics, completely destroyed trailer homes and officers attempting to save a cow trapped head-high water.
